- Log in to your account. Free users can upload up to 50 emails per file within their 50-credit rolling 24-hour allowance. Paid plans support larger uploads.
- Open the Bulk Upload tab in the verifier on the homepage.
- Upload your file. Drop a CSV, XLSX or TXT file with one email address per row.
- Complete the human check and wait. The list is processed in small batches, and you see live progress and an estimated time remaining.
- Download the results. You get a CSV with the columns email, result, catch_all_domain, reason, smtp_code and provider.

Results and email list cleaning
Email list verification only helps if you act on the results. Email list cleaning means deciding what to do with each result. This is the practical approach:

No verifier is 100% accurate. Catch-All and Unknown results are the cases where nobody can be certain.
