We use minimal cookies and local browser storage to maintain your session and track your daily verification credits. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies for bot protection purposes.
Email addresses you submit for verification are used solely to perform the requested checks (syntax, MX records, disposable detection, role account detection, and a live SMTP mailbox check against the receiving mail server). We do not store verified email addresses permanently on our servers. Verification results may be cached briefly to improve performance.

By using Mail Bounce Pro, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use this service to facilitate spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. The service is intended for legitimate email list hygiene and deliverability improvement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Free accounts receive 50 credits in a rolling 24-hour window. The window begins when the user first spends a credit and resets 24 hours later; it does not reset at midnight. Attempts to circumvent the free limit through account creation or API abuse are prohibited.
Paid plans provide one-time credit packs as described in the pricing section. Paid credits have no daily cap, no monthly reset, and carry forward until they are used. When a paid credit balance is exhausted, the user must purchase another credit pack to continue.
Paid plans are one-time credit-pack purchases charged in INR through Razorpay. They are not automatic monthly subscriptions under the current payment flow. Paid plan activation may require payment review and manual account approval.
We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid credit-pack purchases if you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge to support@mailbouncepro.com.
Mail Bounce Pro provides email verification results on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of verification results. We perform syntax checks, DNS/MX lookups, disposable/role account detection, and a live SMTP mailbox check where the receiving mail server allows it. Some mail providers (including certain enterprise and corporate mail systems) restrict or rate-limit this kind of check, in which case results for those addresses may be marked as inconclusive rather than definitively valid or invalid.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to damages from inaccurate verification results, lost business, or data loss.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

The Free plan (50 verifications/day) requires no payment, so no refund applies to it.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan (Starter, Pro, Business, or Agency), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge. To request a refund, email support@mailbouncepro.com with your registered account email and the reason for the refund request.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@mailbouncepro.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless you are within the 7-day refund window.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay.

When you submit an email address to Mail Bounce Pro for verification, we act as a data processor on your behalf. You (the account holder) remain the data controller for any personal data contained in the addresses you submit.
Submitted email addresses are used only to perform the requested verification (syntax, MX, disposable, role-account, and a live SMTP mailbox check) and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data associated with your account. To exercise any of these rights, email support@mailbouncepro.com with your request — we'll respond within 30 days.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Verification history may be retained for billing and abuse-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use Supabase (database/auth) and Netlify (hosting) as infrastructure sub-processors, Hetzner (VPS hosting for the live SMTP mailbox verification check), and Resend for transactional email delivery. Payment data is processed by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.
