We use minimal cookies and local browser storage to maintain your session and track your daily verification credits. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies for bot protection purposes.
Email addresses you submit for verification are used solely to perform the requested checks (syntax, MX records, disposable detection, role account detection). We do not store verified email addresses permanently on our servers. Verification results may be cached briefly to improve performance.

We use Google DNS API (dns.google) to perform live MX record lookups. This means domain names are sent to Google's DNS servers for resolution. Please review Google's privacy policy for details. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection — Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that service.

By using Mail Bounce Pro, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use this service to facilitate spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. The service is intended for legitimate email list hygiene and deliverability improvement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Free accounts are limited to 50 email verifications per day. This limit resets daily at midnight UTC. Exceeding this limit requires upgrading to a paid plan. Attempts to circumvent daily limits through account creation or API abuse are prohibited.
Each paid plan includes a monthly verification allowance as described in the pricing section. Unused verifications do not roll over to the following month. Overage usage may be charged at a per-verification rate or require a plan upgrade.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring billing date.
We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid plan subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge to support@mailbouncepro.com. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles or after the 7-day window.
Mail Bounce Pro provides email verification results on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of verification results. We perform syntax checks, DNS/MX lookups, and disposable/role account detection — we do not perform SMTP verification or confirm mailbox existence.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to damages from inaccurate verification results, lost business, or data loss.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
